The idea for The Parenthood PA came from supporting a loved one through postpartum depression.
I saw first-hand how isolating and overwhelming the early days of parenthood can be, and how much difference it makes when someone simply shows up with empathy, care, and understanding.
With my background in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, I understand the profound impact mental health has during this period, especially since one in seven women and one in 10 men experience postnatal depression, and many more face baby blues or burnout.
As a PA, I’ve built my career around the values of balance, nurturing, and being a reliable support system. Families need the same kind of support. They need someone who can hold space for them, lighten the load, and remind them they don’t have to do it all alone.
The Parenthood PA is my way of extending that care to families, offering the gentle, practical, and heartfelt help that every parent deserves but rarely receives.

With a background in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, I combine professional knowledge, practical support, emotional wellbeing expertise, and organisational skills to help families feel informed, supported, and cared for during life’s biggest transitions.
My approach is compassionate, non-judgemental, and centred around the belief that every parent deserves a village. The Parenthood PA isn’t just a service; it’s an extra layer of support, reassurance, and care during one of the most transformative periods of life.
