A gentle space for mums and parents who need to pause, breathe, and talk honestly about how they’re really doing.
This 30-minute check-in is designed to give you space to offload, reflect, and feel supported during pregnancy, postpartum, or the early parenting stage. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotional, unsure, lonely, overstimulated, or simply need someone to help you make sense of what’s going on, this call gives you a calm, non-judgemental place to be heard.
During the call, we can talk through how you’re feeling, what support you currently have, what feels heavy, and what might help practically or emotionally. Where appropriate, I can offer gentle suggestions, signposting, and next steps — whether that’s preparing for more support, creating a small plan for the week, or helping you identify where extra care may be needed.
This is not counselling or crisis support, but it is a warm, grounded space to check in with yourself and feel less alone.
